The Mediation Connection, LLC was founded by Prof. Gitanjali "Mishty" Deb, JD to meet the growing demand for highly credentialed, experienced neutrals in complex dispute resolution. With more than twenty years of legal practice and a background spanning healthcare regulation, securities, corporate transactions, nonprofit law, and international matters, Prof. Deb brings an unusually broad and substantive foundation to every mediation and arbitration she conducts.

The Mediation Connection has conducted more than 700 mediation proceedings and has handled arbitrations of significant complexity and duration, including a six-week FINRA securities arbitration. That operational depth means we bring not only legal expertise but proven process discipline to high-volume and high-stakes matters alike.

We believe effective neutrals do more than manage a process — they understand the legal, financial, and human dimensions of the disputes they handle. Our preparation is thorough, our engagement is active, and our goal is always the same: to help parties reach durable, well-considered resolutions without the cost and disruption of prolonged litigation.
