Mishty has over 20 years of experience practicing law and 7 years of mediating cases. She has mediated all types of cases from personal injury, non-profit disputes, family law, probate matters, billing disputes and real estate issues. She has extensive experience mediating for SMU Dispute Resolution Center, the Dallas Dispute Resolution Center, Texas Department of Insurance and in the private sector.

She teaches dispute resolution and negotiation as an adjunct professor at Dallas College.
